MCT Telco Global, established in 2019 and located in Budapest, is a rapidly growing consulting company specializing in telecommunication and IT sector with its broad network and executive consultants.

The consultants in MCT Telco, are directly involved in privatization and due diligence of Turk Telekom in Turkey during the period of Turk Telekom transformation. MFC consultants are also involved in also acquisition of Invitel International which has 40.000 km fiber optic cable mainly in Central and Eastern Europe and in charge of International wholesale voice and data sales. Invitel International was acquired and became a subsidiary of Turk Telekom Group in 2010 and the company was rebranded as Turk Telekom International in 2013.

Team members of MCT Telco were in the various committees for merger acquisition to acquire IT, content, integrator and other telecommunication companies both in the country and Europe. Our consulting team members have deep and personal experience in incumbent/mobile operators, internet service providers and public/private corporate institutions located in Africa region. Having cooperated in transferring know-how services and products from large telecom operators and service providers within our portfolio.
